Do you take payment installments?
Yes, of course. We can work out a payment schedule to make sure you're able to pay for the photos. All we ask is that you pay your 30% deposit up front to lock in your date and have the remaining amount to us 4 weeks before your wedding. We take cash, check, credit card or money order.
Someone else is paying for our photos. Who signs the contract?
No matter who's paying for the photographs, it's always you -- the bride and groom -- who signs the contract. You'll also be our primary contact and who we speak with leading up to, on the day of, and the days following your wedding.
Can you recommend other trusted vendors (videographers, hair and makeup artists, etc.?)
Yes! We have worked with some of the best of the best in the industry, and we know that they will be the perfect stress free addition to your day. Check out a few of our favorite vendors on this page.
If I book Heidi & Heather Wedding Photography, will you both be doing my engagement session?
In order to provide our clients the very best service, we like to have just ONE of us in charge of each wedding. If you have your wedding consultation with Heidi, she will be your main contact throughout the process leading up to your wedding, including your engagement session. If you book your wedding with Heather, she will be your main contact and your engagement session photographer. Some clients request to have both of us shoot their engagement session - we love that! We charge an additional $145 to cover the extra travel and shooting time of the second photographer.
Can I hire an additional photographer to shoot our wedding?
The contract you sign states that we are the only photographers allowed to shoot on your wedding day. This helps promote our creativeness and ensures you get the best photos. We do offer additional shooters depending on the photo package you choose. As long as guests do not infringe upon our space, they can take pictures with their cameras/phones.
How long does it take to get my pictures?
You will always receive your digital pictures within three months of your wedding. If your package includes, or you have purchased additional products, they will delivered separately.
Do you offer prints/canvases/photo albums?
We do! We have worked hard to find the perfect print vendor to match our level of quality, and we love to help you get archival prints to stand the test of time. When we deliver your gallery, you will have the ability to order beautiful professional prints straight from your gallery - from a trusted lab, straight to your door. We also have a canvas supplier that is head and shoulders above the rest. Want an album? We work with you to include the photographs you love best to ensure you love your album from cover to cover.
How do I order my additional product?
After you have reviewed your completed gallery we will send you an order list so you can let us know which of your favorites you would like ordered. Don't forget, we offer great discounts on beautiful high quality canvases when you pre-purchase them with your contract.
If you are receiving an album, you will "favorite" the images you love best directly in your gallery. This allows our album designer to see your choices and create a custom album for you. She will send you one draft of your album. You will be allowed to make ONE round of edits at no charge. For example, you may want certain photos showcased larger, or cropped tighter. Our designer will then send you your final album for you to approve and sign. If you have decided at this point you want additional changes, it will be $25 per revision. We will then purchase your album, and deliver to you upon completion. Album delivery time varies, but a standard turnaround time after your album as been approved is approximately 3 weeks.
Do you provide customized packages?
Not all weddings are the same -- we get it! For that reason, we can provide a customized wedding package to suit your needs. Talk to us and we'll make it work!
